Approve Acceptance of Project for Renovation at
Lake Magdalene Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Abell Garcia Architects, P.A. On January 16, 2007, the Board appointed Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. to provide construction management services. This renovation of existing facilities included new roofing; air conditioning, electrical, and communication systems; fencing; painting; handicap accessibility modifications; and canopy repairs.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
