Approve Student Services and Federal Programs (SSFP) Realignment/Reorganization
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Due to retirements and the need for departmental readjustments, the Student Services and Federal Programs Division is in Phase 1 of revising their organization chart and adjusting various job responsiblities in order to meet future needs coupled with budget reductions.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Upon Phase 1 implementation of the SSFP realignment/reorganization, there is a current savings of approximately $ 200,109. Ongoing annual savings will be realized in the amount of $ 102,242 with a reduction in the work force due to retirements and reassignments (see Attachment).
