Approve Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $78,220.01 for Renovation at
Woodbridge Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On February 13, 2007, the Board appointed Rodriguez + Architecture / AIA / PA and Christiano Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of existing facilities includes replacement or refurbishment of interior finishes and hardware; power, lighting, and low-voltage system upgrades; mechanical and drainage system repairs, and exterior repairs; waterproofing and painting. The administration building will be remodeled and reconfigured.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.
