EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On December 18, 2007, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. and Batson-Cook Company to provide design and construction management services. The facility opened in August 2008 and relieved overcrowding at Forest Hills and Pizzo Elementary Schools.
This change order provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
