Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for Installation of a Modular Facility for the Just Full Service Center

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On May 20, 2008, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services for relocatable and modular facilities. The scope of work provides for installation of modular buildings for construction of the Just Full Service Center.

Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish a cost for the project.
