EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On May 20, 2008, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services for relocatable and modular facilities. The scope of work provides for installation of a 2,160 square foot modular administration center for the United Way on the Sulphur Springs Elementary campus.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish a cost for the project.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $73,746.58. The construction budget is $73,750. The United Way has agreed to reimburse the District for the Project; therefore, there is no financial impact to the District.
