Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $56,915.77 Credit and Acceptance of Project for Portable Relocation and Replacement at
Dorothy Thomas ESE Center

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Long and Associates and Halfacre Construction Company were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for portable relocation and replacement at Dorothy Thomas ESE Center.

This change order provides for additional concrete sidewalks, steel stairs and ramps and plumbing. Credits were issued for concrete and soil testing, dumpsters, temporary toilets, landscaping, fencing, signage and power.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
