Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $53,313.00 Credit and Acceptance of Project for Metal Playcourt Canopy Project at
Anderson Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On March 4, 2008, the Board awarded the contract to Reyes, Inc., the low bidder. The scope of work provided for construction of a new metal playcourt canopy at Anderson Elementary School.

Change Order No. 1 provides for the direct purchase of steel.

The referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and Board acceptance is recommended.
