SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve Design Development Phase for HVAC Equipment Replacements at
Temple Terrace Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

RHC and Associates, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for new chiller and air handling units to serve Building 13 (multi-purpose) and Building 5 (music, science and math). Project completion is scheduled for August 2009.

Approval of the design development phase will allow the engineer to proceed with construction documents.

The project is currently funded at $611,988. The estimate of probable cost is $556,352.47. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
