EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Carruthers & Associates Architects P.A. and Manhattan Construction Company to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for an additional 16 classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.
This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
