The staff of Hillsborough County Public Schools ("HCPS") has negotiated with Bethany Baptist Church, Inc. of Plant City (the "Church") to utilize a portion of their adjacent parking lot (the "License Area") as additional parking for the staff and faculty of Cork Elementary School (the "School"). In exchange for this usage, HCPS will maintain the License Area in the same good and working condition consistent with the parking lots located at the School. This regular maintenance will include, but not be limited to, resurfacing and smoothing if ruts or holes should develop. Both HCPS and the Church have the option to terminate this License Agreement by giving sixty (60) days written notice to the other.

School Board Attorney has approved the attached document as to form and sufficiency.
