Approve Agreement for Technical Services for Dr. Luther Johnson to Provide Consulting and Training in Values-Based Organizational Change, Project #5021 Deputy Superintendent
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Dr. Luther Johnson is a certified consultant and trainer in SYMLOG and Key to Me programs. Over the next four months Dr. Johnson will apply these tools and his extensive executive leadership development experience to work with School Board members individually and as a team. The Board members have been trained and given initial feedback on their profiles from both instruments, and will continue to provide follow-up and guidance during the next four months.
