SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Kisinger, Campo & Associates Corp. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for grading and storm drain modifications to correct drainage deficiencies.
The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). Award of the contract to the lowest qualified bidder, Sunrise Utility Construction, Inc., is recommended.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $60,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage. The contract amount being awarded is $57,000.
