Kisinger, Campo & Associates Corp. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for parking lots at Citrus Park Elementary School and North Tampa Alternative School, and athletic track conversion and improvements at Leto High School.

The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). Award of the contract for all sites to Alto Construction, Inc., the low bidder meeting all requirements of the solicitation, is recommended.

The contract amount being awarded is $249,358. Expenditures are funded as follows: $50,000 from Certificates of Participation Series 2006 (CoPS 06) for Citrus Park, $80,000 from Local Millage for Leto, and $130,000 from Local Millage for North Tampa Alternative.
