Authorize Chair to Execute the Restate Interlocal Agreement Between the Board and Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Board previously approved the interagency agreement between Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO). That agreement had not been approved by the HCSO and did not cite all statutes which were required to be listed under serious infractions which must be reported to law enforcement. The restated document has been signed by the HCSO and contains the complete listing.
