EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On July 15, 2008, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner and Associates Architects and HCBeck, Ltd. to provide design and construction management services. As of the current boundaries, relief will be provided for Bryan, Cork, Dover, Knights, Lopez, and McDonald Elementary Schools.
This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.
