SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and Bandes Construction Company, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for tuckpointing, waterproofing, and window repair at Franklin Middle School. Project completion is scheduled for August 15, 2009.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish a cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $473,549.89. The construction budget is $473,550. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: $100,000 from Local Millage and $373,549.89 from Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance.
