Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $682.30 Credit, and Change Order No. 2 for a 68 Calendar Day Time Extension, and Acceptance of Project for Exterior Weatherproofing and Painting at
Walden Lake Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Weber and Tinnen, P.A., and Walbridge, Inc., were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for weatherproofing and painting of selected exterior walls and all exterior metal surfaces at Walden Lake Elementary School.

Change Order No. 1 provides a credit for unused contingency funds. Change Order No. 2 provides a 68 calendar day time extension for weather delays.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
