Wilder Architecture Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work includes bleacher modifications, structural repairs, and re-roofing of the stadium.

The project, including several alternate items, was advertised and bids received (see attachment). Fourteen firms responded to the solicitation. Staff concurs with the engineer's determination that the low bidder does not meet the experience requirements of the solicitation. Award of contract, as indicated in the attachment for the base bid and alternates selected for implementation, to Eveland Brothers, the lowest qualified bidder, is therefore recommended.
