EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Wilder Architecture, Inc. and The Morganti Group, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for new dressing rooms and back stage support spaces, and new stage lighting, sound system, carpeting, acoustical panels and stage curtains. Project completion is scheduled for August 26, 2009.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $1,321,000. The construction budget is $1,321,000. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
