Approve Agreement for Technical Services for Luther Johnson and Associates to Provide Consulting and Training in Values-Based Organizational Change, Project 5021 (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Dr. Luther Johnson is a certified consultant and trainer in SYMLOG and Key to Me Programs. Dr. Johnson will apply these tools and his extensive executive leadership development experience to work with School Board members individually and as a team. The Board members have been trained and given initial feedback on their profiles from both instruments, and will continue to provide follow-up and guidance during the period of July 1, 2009 through October 31, 2009.
