EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Howard & Associates Architects, P.A. and Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for an additional 10 classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.
Change Order No. 3 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 4 provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
