EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On April 21, 2009, the School Board approved an Interlocal Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) regarding the Citrus Park Drive expansion, which the BOCC had also approved on April 15, 2009. To move forward with the roadway expansion, the School Board needs to acquire a small portion of land along Citrus Park Drive and adjacent to Deer Park Elementary School.
School Board staff has been working with the owner, Park Place Community Development District (CDD), to finalize a Purchase and Sale Agreement for a .47 acre portion of their site. The CDD presented the Purchase Agreement from the School Board at their May 20, 2009 Board meeting and passed Resolution 2009-09 approving the sale for $13,645.00.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The $13,645.00 funding for the purchase of a .47 acre site from Park Place CDD will be derived from Local Millage.
