SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Woodroffe Corporation Architects and W.G. Mills, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for an additional 16 classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.
This change order provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
