Per State Statue 274.05 and School Board Policy 7.10, the board may sell, transfer, or dispose of any real or tangible property, which they declare to be unnecessary or unsuitable for district purposes. Due to extensive repairs, the cost of moving and setting up, or the portable no longer meets the standards for student occupancy; the attached list of portables has been declared BER by the Relocatable Facilities Department. Portables that have structural or environmental concerns will be demolished. The remaining portables will be made available as surplus and sold at auction. If no bid is received, the portable will be demolished.
