Approve Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $1,714.53 for Classrooms for Kids Addition at
Seffner Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On May 20, 2008, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Carruthers & Associates Architects P.A. to provide design services for the classroom addition at Seffner Elementary School. On July 15, 2008, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Vogel Bros. Building Co. The scope of work provides for an additional 8 classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.
