EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A wide range of programs are offered at this site in Adult General Education, Adult Technical Education and Community Education. From July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009, over 1,170 students were served in Adult Basic Education (ABE), General Education Development (GED), English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Family Literacy classes. An additional 204 students were enrolled in our Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program, and 76 students participated in Community Education fee-based classes.
The fourth amendment provides a two-year agreement from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, at a monthly rate of $11,444.53 ($137,334.36); and from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, at a monthly rate of $12,016.75 ($144,201.00). These charges include utilities, security, and custodial services. The new lease reflects a 0% increase for 2009/2010 and a 5% increase for the 2010/2011 school year.
