EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the Facilities Division. On October 7, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, J.B.D. Construction, Inc. The scope of work provided for a new metal playcourt canopy at Turner Elementary School.
The referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and Board acceptance is recommended.

Expenditures were funded as follows: $119,210 (from school's contribution) and $50,000 (from Millage Matching Funds).
