This bid was prepared at the request of the CCTV/LAN Department to establish one year of fixed pricing for cable and parts. This ITB may be renewed in four (4) one-year increments subject to negotiations. In addition, negotiations were made with the only responder of this ITB, which will provide the district with an additional 5% off the list price for parts. This recommendation has been reviewed by the CCTV/LAN Manager. A more detailed review of the specifications can be obtained by contacting the Procurement Department.

Funds of approximately $48,000 will be available in the CCTV/LAN budget for the purchase of cable and parts.

Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are conducted face to face, typically quarterly, or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the expiring contract.
