EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The mission of the EXCELerator Reform Model is to significantly increase the number of traditionally under-served students who are prepared to enter and complete postsecondary programs, such as college upon high school graduation.
Annual funds of $3,645,210, which included EXCELerator Leadership/Management Services and fees ($1,322,255), as well as products including PSAT, SAT, CollegeEd, Advanced Placement, SpringBoard, and staff development consulting ($2,322,955), were approved. Advanced placement test expenditures for 2008/2009 are $1,935,366, which exceeds the original approved expenditure of $1,322,255 by $613,111.
