EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This design-build project was planned by the Facilities Division. On August 19, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to J.B.D. Construction, Inc. The scope of work provided for a new metal playcourt canopy.
The referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and Board acceptance is recommended.
