Approve Negotiated Economic Proposal, Contract Language Changes, and Memorandums of Understanding with the Hillsborough School Employees Federation (HSEF).

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A Salary Agreement has been reached with the HSEF retroactive to July 1, 2009 (Attachment A). Changes in language to the HSEF contract (Attachment B) and the following Memorandums of Understanding (Attachment C) have been agreed upon:
  • Hiring Employees for Specific Shift(s)
  • Overtime Committee
  • Sick Leave Bank Committee Review
  • Transportation Re-organization Review Committee
  • Renegotiation of Economic Issues
  • Procedural Process and Mitigation
  • Bus Driver Shift Absence
  • Attendance Incentive Supplement - Pilot Program
  • Safe Driver Incentive Supplement
  • Employees Hired as Restricted
  • ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

  • Salary: $0
  • Fingerprinting: $46,000
  • Insurance: $627,515
