Recognition of Karla Hart as the Department of Juvenile Justice, Juvenile Justice Educational Enhancement Program (DJJ JJEEP) 2008-2009 Teacher of the Year for the State of Florida (Division of Administration)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Juvenile Justice Educational Enhancement Program (JJEEP) has announced the state winner for the 2008-2009 Juvenile Justice Teacher of the Year. Karla Hart who teaches Reading and Language Arts in the Youth Services Program at Columbus Juvenile Residential Facility is the State of Florida winner.
This announcement was made on August 4, 2009, at the Juvenile Justice Education Institute (JJEI) and Southern Conference on Correction at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay Hotel.
