On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed Gould Evans Associates and Manhattan Construction Company to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of the Administration, Media, and classroom buildings.

This change order provides a credit for the return of unused contingency funds. A time extension of 34 calendar days and costs for increased general conditions items associated with the time extension are included for installation of anti-terrorism windows as requested by MacDill Air Force Base.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax ($6,287,933) and Capital Outlay and Debt Service ($1,232,260).
