Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $50,983.00 for Fuel Station at
Maintenance West

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On December 9, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to REA Remedial Services, Inc. The scope of work provides for replacement of the fuel station and storage tank at Maintenance West.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
