The School Board of Hillsborough County acquired both a sanitary sewer easement and a forcemain easement from the First Baptist Church of Dover in March and June of 2009. These easements were for the completion of the sanitary sewer system for Strawberry Crest High School and David E. Bailey, Jr. Elementary School. To finalize the School Board's requirements with Hillsborough County, the assignment to the County of the sanitary sewer easement and the forceman easement is necessary.

Execution of the Assignment of Permanent Utility Easement Agreement in favor of Hillsborough County gives the County authority to maintain, repair or replace any underground sanitary sewer transmission pipelines, conduits and appurtenant improvements in the easement area.
