Approve Acceptance of Project for Renovation at
Bellamy Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Holmes Hepner and Associates Architects. On January 16, 2007, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Bandes Construction Company, Inc. The renovation of existing facilities included new exterior stucco, exterior windows, signage, library shelving, classroom partitions, flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles, and upgraded low-voltage systems.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
