Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $19,479.80 and Change Order No. 2 in the Amount of $3,065.90 Extra for Roof Replacement at
Mann Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Reliable Group Architects was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On April 21, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Anderson & Shah Roofing, Inc. to provide construction management services. The scope of work provides for roof, edge metal, and roof drain replacement on selected buildings.

Change Order No. 1 provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 2 provides for revisions to the storm gutter installation details and relocation of an air conditioning unit, required due to unforeseen conditions.
