Approve Revisions to Payroll Schedules for 2009/2010 Fiscal Year (Business Division)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Payroll schedules for the 2009/2010 fiscal year were originally approved on June 9, 2009, based on the previously Board approved school calendar and the employee work calendars prepared by the Division of Human Resources (HR).

Recent adjustments to the employee work calendars were made to realign paid and non-paid holiday designations for permanent employees. Biweekly payroll schedules must be adjusted to reflect these changes.

Revisions are notated throughout the attached payroll schedules.

EVALUATION

Payroll schedules are reviewed throughout the year. Changes in work calendars, number of student days, or other significant events may cause adjustments to the payroll schedules.
