Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for Renovation of 2nd Floor Administration Area at
Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (ROSSAC)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for partition changes and associated mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler work in the Administration area. Project completion is scheduled for November 18, 2009.

Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.
