EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Key Engineering Associates, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provided for new lift stations at Brandon High School and Cork, Knights, Town and Country, and West Tampa Elementary Schools; sanitary sewer connections at Sligh Middle School and Woodbridge Elementary School; and wastewater treatment plant improvements at Turkey Creek Middle School. On January 27, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Marlon Dunn Contracting, Inc.
The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
