Approve Change Order No. 4 in the Amount of $59,940.29 Extra for Utility Plant at
Strawberry Crest High School, New Facility

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On December 12, 2006, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and HCBeck, Ltd. to provide design and construction management services for the high school. The high school is located adjacent to David E. Bailey Elementary School (which opened with the high school in August 2009) and a future middle school. This portion of the project provides for construction of a central utility plant on the high school campus to provide potable and chilled water to all three schools.

This change order provides an adjustment to the Direct Purchase Program for the Utility Plant project.
