Approve Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $2,300.00, a Time Extension of 8 Calendar Days, and Acceptance of Project for Fuel Station at
Maintenance West

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On December 9, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to REA Remedial Services, Inc. The scope of work provided for replacement of the fuel station and storage tank at Maintenance West.

This change order provides a time extension of 8 calendar days for weather and access delays. Included is a credit for liquidated damages for late completion of the project.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
