EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Woodroffe Corporation Architects. On January 16, 2007, the Board appointed the construction management firm of E.M. Scott General Contractor, Inc. The renovation of existing facilities includes fire alarm, intercom, telephone, and electrical system upgrades; new plumbing fixtures and door hardware for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements; drainage improvements; and new paint and flooring. The Administration Area, Media Center, Dining Area, and Kitchen were enlarged to accommodate the increase in student population at the school.
This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
