EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Reliable Group Architects was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On April 21, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Quality Roofing of Florida, Inc. The scope of work provides for roof, edge metal, and roof drain replacement on selected buildings.
Change Order No. 1 provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 2 provides a 22 calendar day time extension for rain delays and removal of unforeseen structural concrete.
