Approve Acceptance of Project for Renovation (Phase I) at
Waters Career Center

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Wilder Architecture, Inc. and The Morganti Group, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for new mechanical equipment, general lighting, and finishes in the auditorium.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
