SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Recommended Changes to the Hewlett Packard (HP) Partnership Contract (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The School District of Hillsborough County (SDHC) and Hewlett Packard (HP) Corporation have negotiated a change to a portion of the HP Partnership Contract. These changes have been vetted through the HP Quarterly Review Committee and approved by the Technology Steering Committee. The change involves replacing the HP Bonus Points Program with an additional administrative fee, which is returned to the School District.
- SDHC and HP Corporation agree that an additional 0.5% administrative fee returned quarterly to the District is an appropriate replacement for the now defunct HP Bonus Points Program.
