Approve Change Order No. 3 for a Time Extension of 52 Calendar Days for Roof Replacement at
Mann Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Reliable Group Architects was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On April 21, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Anderson & Shah Roofing, Inc. The scope of work provides for roof, edge metal, and roof drain replacement on selected buildings.

This change order provides for a time extension of 52 calendar days for rain delays and approval of the proposed roofing system by the District's Building Code Office.
