Approve Acceptance of Project for Paving and Lighting at
Robinson High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Suncoast Architectural Studios, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On June 10, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to J.B.D. Construction, Inc. The scope of work provided for removal and replacement of existing parking lots, additional parking lot lighting, and reconfiguration of primary electrical services.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
