Approve the Agreement by and Between Pediatric Physician Services, Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of All Children’s Hospital, Inc., d/b/a All Children’s Specialty Physicians and Cardiac Arrhythmia Syndromes Foundation, Together Known as SafeBeat (Student Services and Federal Programs Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We request approval of the Agreement by and between SafeBeat and the Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS). SafeBeat is a provider of heart screening services to communities throughout the United States by partnering with schools, and non profit, civic, and business organizations who want to offer affordable and accessible heart screening options directly to their constituents. SafeBeat desires to engage with SDHC to offer heart screening event(s) to the adolescent athlete and young American population (grades 9-12) in the community.

EVALUATION
SafeBeat will evaluate and assess the success of this service to parents. The School Board of Hillsborough County will not provide any data or human resources for this agreement.
